We recognize this is a difficult time for the nation, the state, and for every individual grappling with this strange, new reality. On top of the extraordinary work and conditions we typically face in this industry, we

have been asked to provide mainline support and perform work during a time of widespread insecurity. We would be remiss not to recognize how COVID-19 has impacted all of us personally and professionally, and continues to challenge us daily.

As we carefully venture into reopening the country, we face a new layer of uncertainty and must ask ourselves critical questions daily. What further challenges will we encounter from here? How will we continue to protect ourselves, our co-workers, and our families?
