Dutra Materials’ asphalt pavement and liquid asphalt cement is a mixture of rock, natural, and recycled substances.
Over 80% of the aggregate and asphalt that leaves the Dutra Materials plant will be used for publicly funded road and infrastructure projects either for the County of Sonoma, the City of Petaluma, Caltrans, or other government agencies.
From levee repair projects along the Sacramento Delta to sporting fields and playgrounds for Bay Area schools, our clients range from civil contractors to small water districts and individual homeowners.
Base Rock Materials
3/4" VIRGIN CLASS II AB (SAN RAFAEL ONLY)
Meets all specifications of Section 26 of the 2018 CA Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. As required by Section 26-1.02A, the material shall be free from organic matter and other deleterious substances. This material is 100% crushed virgin rock and contains no recycled material.
3/4" RECYCLE CLASS II AB (RICHMOND ONLY)
Meets all specifications of Section 26 of the 2018 CA Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. As required by Section 26-1.02A, the material shall be free from organic matter and other deleterious substances. Aggregates are 100% recycled materials.
